Royal Aire opened as a business in 2008, by Russell Delozier. We are a licensed HVAC contractor in the states of West Virginia and Maryland.

Servicing and installing central air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, and providing some plumbing and electrical work service. Also, providing 24/7 emergency service, duct cleaning, sheet metal fabrication, and commercial refrigeration services. No job is too big or small! We specialize in Trane and Mitsubishi units, with Royal Aire being a Mitsubishi Elite Diamond contractor and a Trane Comfort Specialist contractor. This means we can give you the best warranty possible with excellent affordable pricing.

We are pleased to say we have received the award for Mineral County, WV Business of the Year 2017. We have also been recognized by Mineral Daily News Tribune as the “Best of the Best” in Heating and Air Conditioning services for the year 2020!
